This is one of my favorite herbal/medicinal hacks! Did you know that you can just place your fresh or dried mushrooms (gills up) or even ground ‘shrooms in full sunlight or UV light for a few days and create natural vitamin D?
Yeah, cool, huh.

So this week I’m exposing my dried reishi mushrooms to sunlight for 2 days before creating my tincture/extract.
So I’ve got vitamin D.
